Salish Sea Whale Watching Tour

This is whale watching with the original whale watchers. Join your Homalco First Nation marine experts on an unforgettable small-group adventure to search for humpbacks, orcas, dolphins, sea lions and many more majestic creatures. Our modern and comfortable boats are suitable for the whole family.

Travel to Campbell River, one of the most sought-after whale-watching destinations in the world, to catch sight of iconic ocean mammals like orca and humpback whales, dolphins, seals, sea lions and more. Lucky groups may even spot black bears, sea otters or rare species of whales.

If you’re looking for the ultimate family-friendly whale-watching adventure on the Salish Sea off of Vancouver Island, you’ve found it. Your Homalco guides, the northernmost Coast Salish Peoples, know a thing or two about the best spots to witness whales and other marine creatures from a safe and respectful distance.

The Homalco people, also known as the “people of the fast-running waters,” have been stewards of these lands and waters since time immemorial. We invite you to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors and see the majestic beauty of these lands through our eyes.
